I don't really work with my company but it hasn't been too bad of an experience; the pay should definitely be better for the profit margins they maintain.

I've had a few hiccups along the way with people who are just difficult to work with and ego's that are larger than life so it hasn't been a great experience.

Being compensated fairly based on the workload

I should have started at a higher salary.

Compensation is severely lacking for the work we do.

Some of my coworkers are not with this company and don't treat other people that well.

My personal team is great but other teams that I have to interact with sometimes.....not so much.

My team is great; we are al calm, composed, relaxed, and take the job seriously to always move things forward.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hope to find a context where I feel valued and there are no people that are too intense and difficult to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work a TO does, I should definitely be better compensated. And when I have to give turnover briefs to someone who has utter disdain for me, it makes the job even more stressful.
