That they trust me to perform my job without micro management. Goals are clearly defined and I truly believe my direct supervisor has my growth as a primary goal of thier own.

There isnt any "pushing and shoving" for position and we effectively work in a collaborative environment. There exists a trust in each other where we can bounce ideas off of each other and hear/receive input on topics to make a decision.
