I enjoy the work but not the environment

I appreciate the 401K plan
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My interview with Matrix/Aevex was very focused on intrapersonal skills and creating a positive teamwork environment, however once I started the job I found myself in quite the opposite environment
