Having the flexibility to work remotely using Microsoft Teams to interface with co-workers and Teammates.
The flexibility and Teamwork that is demonstrated when a program is getting ready to Kick Off.
That the Team pulls together as one to complete the mission and has bi annual working groups.
The people that work at AEVEX, all of the Teams are very responsive-Contracting, BD, HR and AP.
That the Team comes together a couple times a year to engage in professional development and company policies.
The opportunity to reach out to co-workers that have vast experience when I need a little assistance in problem solving.
The way the Team communicates via MS Teams, Outlook and the use of the Sharepoint which helps maintain a home office.
The open communication between Team Mates on the direction of the company, possible new efforts and involvement in the world stage.
The Team is able to cross over different programs and missions when personnel are on PTO. This shows depth within the company and the Team.
The flexibility to adjust personnel to new programs as previous program are completed/ closed. I like the fact that the leadership team continues to look for business opportunities.
That the company sponsors Program Manager Working Groups, this shows commitment to the programs, and it builds Esprit de Corps on the Team. This is also a good venue for professional development.
