Pay raise that equals the raeity of our experience and knowledge. Also a pto increase. I havent had a pto increase in 11 years. The pay raises doesnt equal what the job markets are getting. Fast food workers are closing in on me. Not a good sign for a specialty job.

benefits are great. i feel the pay has been lacking in recent years. not the case in the beginning just in the past few years where it seems most jobs have inscreased pay alot where we have been only a little. the gap between more normal jobs and our expertise has narrowed by alot

pto for starters. i know they changed policy but it only helped the new guys. i havent gotten a pto increase in 10 years and nothing is out there to ever recieve more. also as the cost of everything goes up our pay is still behind what it should be for what we do and cost of living
