The schedule is terrible, but the people, mission, and client are excellent. Pay and benefits probably need to rise to keep up with industry standards.

The get-it-done attitude, which lets us problem solve and be agile with minimal restrictions

Their problem-solving mindset and priority on employee welfare. This job would be miserable if the leadership didn't focus on making things smooth for the employees.

Their attitude. We are at the client site to do our a, and any company bureaucratic processes should be kept to a minimum. Our management team go above and beyond at keeping the line worker from having to worry to much about timecards, expense reports, and other nonsense.
