I work hard everyday and get fair pay raises. I just did not know how to negoitatie pay when I joined. I am getting to where I want to be though.
Well I am a FSR 1 at the moment and know that the others make more and that is fine. I am hoping to be in the $35 hour range by the end of my 5 years so in 3 years I need to move up $3.75.
