A clear path for promotion, either evaluations leading to promotion or a way forward. Right now I have no clue how to move up from being a 1
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just got a promotion :) I am very excited to be here and have gone on 3 deployments so far. The package is great for building my retirement account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard everyday and get fair pay raises. I just did not know how to negoitatie pay when I joined. I am getting to where I want to be though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I am a FSR 1 at the moment and know that the others make more and that is fine. I am hoping to be in the $35 hour range by the end of my 5 years so in 3 years I need to move up $3.75.
