What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do reach out regularly and engage with us. They're making attempts to connect that I appreciate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other offers I've received, my compensation is lower. Retirement contributions are 1/3 the amount similar co-workers at other companies are receiving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even as AEVEX has grown, the leadership team still reaches out directly to get to know me and ensure I have what I need to succeed. I also appreciate the direct recognition (anniversary awards, etc.).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get treated like the professional I am. I take care of my customers, and work in an environment where I can do what I need to do without a lot of extra unnecessary overhead.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
AEVEX has a family atmosphere that I appreciate. I feel like a valued teammate, but also, I feel like they care about me as a person. They take care of me so I can take care of my customers!
