I've been working with the great folks at AEVEX since 2019. Every encounter I've had with HR, Finance, Leadership has been nothing but positive. Hight 5 to Amanda Hock, Ron Trosclair, Erik Rodriguez, Jeremy Watrous, and Aric Marriot.

Hands down the people and atmosphere.

They are easy to work with and will help with time constraint tasks.

The people work with, can't say it enough. Best folks to work with and for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm a contractor so I rarely have the pleasure to interact with members from the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are easy to talk too and work with. We take care of each other and help out as much as we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I strongly believe my leadership takes good care of the folks here on the NW program. Ron and Erik are doing a fantastic job!

They are listen to other members ideas without negative criticism and they go out of there way to ensure members personal needs are taken care of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along with one another very. The majority of us have military backgrounds and because of that, we know how to get the job done.

Ron Trosclair is my PM. Overall I enjoy having him as my boss. I can count on him to answer my questions and he provides correct guidance for problem solving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remote so I don't know a lot of the staff at HQ. My brief interactions with HR (Mandy Hock) have been nothing but positive. She has and continues to help me out tremendously
