Over the years, the company as a whole has gotten better. We have gone through some PM teams that were not good for the team or company. Those members are no longer here. I do wish the company would do more to those who abuse alcohol. this makes the work environment uncomfortable.

Ive been with the company for a very long time and I have enjoyed every moment of it.

I have been with the company for several years and over the last few months has been the most stressful.I work with and SMX lead named Khamkert Khuesy who creates a hostile work environment. Mr. Khuesy is very unprofessional and makes sexual comments daily. The PM team does nothing about this issue.

They listen and care about their people

The 401K match and the medical cost.

They ardrama and stress free abd easy to get along with. They are great at their job which makes leaderships job easier.

Knowing I have a stable job and get to do some really cool things. I enjoy what I do and working for the company i work for.

They consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to open and effective communication regarding any ongoing workplace issues. Their genuine concern for the team's well-being is evident through their proactive engagement and supportive demeanor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the amount of work we do on site compared to other companies on site, we are underpaid and undervalued. In four years, we just received our first pay raise which didn't even match inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our company's culture and environment is the strong emphasis on open communication and support. Leadership is always accessible to discuss ongoing issues, demonstrating genuine care for the team. This prioritization of transparent communication ensures the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a lot of respect for my Dep PM Arlen who does everything in his power for myself and the team. I do not get the same from the PM Joseph. I work with and SMX lead named Khamkert Khuesy who creates a hostile work environment and he does nothing about it. Mr. Khuesy is very unprofessional.
