Overall I've been able to advance at multiple sites and for that I'm very grateful. What I am concerned about is that site lead input is not as powerful as it once was. Deployed leadership generally carries the most valuable opinions on site status and I feel it does not carry the weight it should.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is very reasonable, but should include yearly increases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We mesh really well. Overall I think we have the best team out of all deployed locations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team, we have a great dynamic and it's actually fun being at work most of the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do believe the current PM team has done a lot to improve over the previous PM team. The current PM team largely listens to reasonable and logical points that are brought up to them and I believe they do their best to improve morale at all sites.
