comradery, we are like a family. we can be honest with each other. I can also rely on them to get the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the experience between individuals should reflect in pay. someone with more experience should be paid more or have steps within the role to adjust. leadership roles should be compensated appropriately. annual or bi-annual reviews should be conducted and used for pay increased for retention.
