Everyone on the contract comes from a similar background, so we all typically get along and understand the personalities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work effectively to complete mission daily, despite systems or personnel issues. Most come out on rotation with positive attitudes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies on the contract are paid a similar hourly wage. However, these other companies often receive a fairly large percentage uplift for the deployed/rotational positions.
