What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do the job I joined the military for but without all the military bullshit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Selected from an already highly selected career field. It really is the best of the best and combines years of experience with a common culture and mission drive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont know much about aevex higher headquarters, but my immediate management team is highly skilled, experienced, caring, and driven to perform the task at hand and pursue future ones. This is a great job and easy to see myself continuing to be a part of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I stated before, we all are selected from the same professional background and have all known each other or about each other for years beforehand. Both personally and professionally its a highly tight knit group where everyone drives each other to be at their best.
