We all generally seem to be on the same page

Pay day, working with friends from other programs, getting to know new people on my program

Everyone’s individuality is respected, but not skewed so far that I feel we’ve become a social
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rates/levels of pay should be more transparent; as should the ways to attain higher levels of pay

My program-specific leaders are very personable and genuinely interested in me as a person and my contributions to the organization
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small program with tons of experience and like minded individuals coming together to achieve high levels of throughput for extraordinary customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that my compensation is not inline with employees from other companies who are sub contractors on the same program performing the same tasks and objectives. We are middle of the road as it relates to pay.
