The pay and the 60 on/60 off schedule is the best incentive that my company offers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No days off, thats how the schedule is. Ive accepted that, however, there should be some things the company can do to offset that. Such as offering to pay complete hours of travel days, offering upgrades, etc
