They assist me when needed and are readily available

We work well as a unit. Our different personalities and experiences mesh well. We help one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a huge disparity in pay between the various teams under AEVEX. PED is paid the least but does the most work. CAT receives per dime but still eats at the chow hall. Should definitely be looked at.
