What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The personnel and the ease of contact with PM and others stateside should questions or problems arise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone respects the other members of the team, and are willing to go the extra mile.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are responsive to questions and are available should unanswered questions arise. They seem to care about the health and well being of their employees, and will assist them when able.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although compensation seems to be fairly distributed between the Niger and Djibouti sites, there is a large discrepancy in the Per Diem amounts between the Niger PED site, and the DJ PED and Niger CAT site. PED analysts at AB 101, make substantially less in Per Diem than their DJ or CAT counterparts
