You are involved and informed, and you can express your ideas. My whole team is constantly looking for a better ways for self improvement and process improvement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My wife works for JMU she has great benefits so we op out I don't know much about your benefits. As far as current salary I have not been here for a year yet so I have not received a raise yet. A cool thing we do for a new employee is a "Swag Box" I think its a great idea For new employee.
