Overall the company location is growing , old habits are fading away into different habits which we need to adopt to grow in the direction we need to be, just would like more team feedback on. what can i do to move up in career or if there is any advancement/opportunities.

Some team members have such high expectations to achieve regarding quality of work and workmanship, love the challenge.

Leadership team is keeping timelines to meet more goals, although some goals are not able to be met due to manpower there is plans of action to train less experienced still to learn jobs to continue to grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally Im still unclear on what makes a level 1-4 mechanic and what is the criteria to rate that, as i believe due to the summary on the job posting for my job i have the experience in years to be higher than where i am, so i think updates need to be made on levels on job posting for mechanics.
