We each do our part to accomplish goals that individually would be challenging to complete within a specific time frame. Additionally, we are able and willing to step up our efforts when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By taking on more responsibility, overall pay should be increased as a greater workload is required from the individual. This will encourage other individuals to want to take on a bigger role within the company.
