Working on aircraft is my favorite part. Seeing them and being a part of what makes them fly is fascinating.

my vision care is always easy and helpful to get my glasses. just wish for a bit more coverage on frame prices would be very appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get paid fairly. I bounce around many diffrent departments and learn and invest in diffrent tools for each department but still make entry level pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every one is very helpful and always lends you any tools the shop may not have or you ma not be able to afford yet for your personal tools for work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the comradery between employees. We all deal with things at work that may not always be the easiest or fair but we can always at least understand what each other goes threw.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are constantly improving our output of work and adapting and leveling up with the company and I believe we should be able to have a little more compensation for the amount of great product and work we accomplish here. We constantly push the envelope and continue to surpass ours and the industrie.
