Everyone has been super helpful and kind, our days arent too long and our weeks seem to go quickly. Having a different project multiple times a day/week is fun
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall all I am reasonably satisfied with my experience thus far. I do hope to stay here for a long time if I can. My co workers are great and helpful. I do however think that PTO and sick time should be dealt with in a different manor.

Our leadership team is always positive and interested in our well being and our needs
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works very hard at accomplishing our daily objectives in our jobs. Always pushing for better processes and ways to go about our tasks. We all work very well together as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel that the department I work in is undervalued / unappreciated. I feel that with the current market and inflation rate albeit a few years ago would be very acceptable. I can hardly consider it a living wage for me and my family unfortunately
