Mostly good, but some things in management need to change, out with the old, in with new managers with new ideas that are actually competent.

being able to implement new ideas.

Some of them are actually good at their jobs

We all get along and help each other out and teach each other new things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The employees here seem to be very underpaid. Being paid fairly would make me feel better
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the "that's the way we have always done it" mentality. Senior management seems stuck in the past and resistant to change. Some people hate new ideas and this holds the company back.
