Its working in chaos lately. Its been a negative that our Ikhana bonuses were taken away and that while new employees see huge PTO benefits, the veteran employees lost time especially when sick time was included in PTO. It feels like the red headed Aevex step kids. Part of the fam but not fully

Seem to have good intentions and put people first

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The employees and the focus on quality and doing the right thing

What are some of the best things about your team?

We focus on quality and safety, we are eager to help each other, respect honesty and can count on each other

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to care about the person, which is nice. However there is a lot of micromanagement that comes down that feels like lack of trust and not a lot of empowerment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The team supports each other and values honesty. There is still a battle of the old culture diluting the new culture though and is can be a bit tiresome and the cause of toxic attitudes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The round of adjustments that just happened didn't seem to take into account all aspects of a position and the responsibilities with that. Lumped people into general categories and now there is a small difference in pay between some one with little responsibility and some one with much greater.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a huge disconnect between management and the floor with a shift in meeting schedule over doing things correctly. There is a lot of shot callers with a blur of roles and responsibilities and people not staying in their lanes. Its so crowded its difficult to work, and they pack more w/no plan

What is the best part about your compensation package?

A consistent pay check is always good. The professional development program is good if you can use it. But there are no bonus programs or incentives to perform better other than 3% raise. The props award has turned into a popularity contest to get free swag so you don't have to buy uniforms for work
