The overall experience is great. The only thing I would change is the number of meetings per day/ per week. The amount of meetings make it extremely hard to complete tasks by the deadlines given. A lot of the meetings are redundant.

The amount of work needed far exceeds the amount of compensation provided.

Management sticks together to provide the best outcome for the team and company.

We all understand the goal. We strive to work together to accomplish the goal as a team.

We are able to speak freely with each other without the other persons feeling less than. We aim to push each other to be great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for the amount of work, corrections, training, and research that are needed to be accomplish the goals does not match the current compensation.
