Everyone is nice, and most people are willing to help and be a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that we have a good culture and environment, and I think the executive team has worked hard to create that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about the staff and the company at the same time. They are genuine people who want to see the company grow and their staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont think undervalued is an accurate way to describe it. I feel valued but feel that sometimes, all that I am doing is not seen or acknowledged. I think that my Compensation is lower than it should be.
