
Most of the time everyone is flexible
Everyone works hard and is dedicated to solving problems to get the job done on time.
They are pretty supportive of the decisions we make, and allow us to make our own decisions for the most part
I work whenever they ask me to, sometimes to the tune of 16 hour days, and most of the time more than 8 hour days. I am a salaried employee so I see the same rate regardless.
I feel like I'm underpaid for the amount of work I do and the weight of responsibility I have to make this contract successful. I am asked to do many things beyond what my role is--which I don't mind as long as my role is defined. My role has been redefined a few times and it's been confusing
