Being paid 15% under my max. No employee Bonuses.

In my experiance everyone is vested in the project or program sucsess

They are fairly transparent, Not always up front about the status of the company.

Stop paying based on a percentage of a location and pay for what the employee brings to the company

No bonuses.. no profit sharing, no stock due to privatly held. It appears compensation is based off a formula not performance. Pay a annunal bonus. Pay people what they are worth..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No Bonuses... undervalued pay. outdated PTO system for how many days you can keep on the book's. No opportunity to buy back unused PTO although AEVEX keeps charging the customer as part of the our benefits package in our rates..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a relatively small company and some positions have very experienced people in them. I understand being paid by position is the norm but when you have people with years of experience that are paid per position it does not encourage people to stay. Also, the lack of bonuses is a negative
