i feel the company is getting stronger and a better place to work each year. the bigger we get the more problems are getting fixed. more processes are streamlines, therefore less mistakes are made

seeing a project complete and knowing i was a part of it
What are some of the best things about your team?
very friendly, never rude, understanding of being overworked, willing to help out when they can
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my direct manager is amazing, they show interest in my personal and work life, are understanding when i feel overworked and help with the prioritization of what should come first with outside requests. The overall leadership team gets along well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i think its nice that HQ has planned lunches and introductions to new employees... i think it would be nice to send out an email with a headshot of the new hire so when we see them we know them by name already
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i dont believe i am being paid fairly for the amount of hours i work and the dedication i have to the company. i think after a certain amount of time raises should be given out no matter what. You cant expect someone to be paid the same amount for 7 years and not expect something at some point....
