We work through productive conflict on complex issues well. While we do not always agree, we find common ground and respect alternative ideas.

The people make working on site so enjoyable. We mesh well and because of that are able to collaborate effectively and efficiently even when opinions differ.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Project Lead is very helpful and a true mentor. I feel like he has gone out of his way to make sure I am comfortable as a new employee. I truly appreciate his commitment to my development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The schedule I work is grueling and it has become increasingly difficult to manage with my life changes. My client management acknowledges the work is increasingly challenging, more-so than in previous years saying "at least you guys are getting paid." If my sole motivation is money, I'd like more.
