it has been all positive so far, with a lot of great interactions with the people I work with and the customers I interface with on a daily basis. Company communications have been good, and it has been encouraging to have several opportunities to provide feedback in the short time I've worked here

doing the actual job is great, but we are not supported with necessary software fixes or updates that would greatly improve the quality of our products for the customer. Management does not value the needs or input from our team

the people on my team truly support each other in every aspect of the job. I know I can rely on any one of them for problem resolution or any general knowledge question.

getting immediate feedback and being able to see the "product" as it is delivered to the customer. It's very satisfying to know that we are making an immediate impact with the product we provide to the customer

The trust placed on the employees in my part of the organization is a bright positive. We are treated as professionals and allowed to make the decisions necessary to accomplish the mission and provide quality products to the customer

My task is at a remote site, away from an office, so we have the freedom and flexibility to make decisions and perform our mission with very little management supervision, so the culture of trust and respect is the most positive

being able to interact with the customer, other contractors, and the rest of my team on a daily basis, and producing products that have an immediate impact for the customer -- being able to see the results of my work in real time, with immediate feedback
What are some of the best things about your team?
the entire team has been enormously helpful in providing appropriate training and guidance as soon as I joined the team. Each member gave their personal insight into how to best accomplish the job, and have each followed up on my progress. Couldn't have asked for better teammates!
