I'm a new hire with Aevex as of April this year. transitioning from active duty military into the company has gone very smooth and fast allowing for low stress and and welcoming onboarding to Aevex.

everyone is an adult and understands responsibilities and work goals. Everyone pulls their weight and supports each other.

Great team honestly and the work is enjoyable but the compensation makes it hard to see it as a long term job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the company has not kept up with inflation and my abilties and qualifications are paid better within other companies which makes it dificult to remain loyal to the company. Many people leave due to being under paid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though I'm part of a remote team at Cannon AFB I feel that for the leadership here is great but i dont have the ability to speak much on the overall leadership with the company due to being remote from the main company.
