What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the HSA portion of our medical plan as well as the FSA child care tax deduction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the PM team understands our client's mission and is prepared to ensure AEVEX senior leadership is aware of issues/challenges as required.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a team that is composed of government employees as well as folks from other companies. My daily interactions are not specifically or exclusively with AEVEX (MI) personnel.
What makes you most happy at work?
Highly rewarding, challenging work with a client that places significant trust in our recommendations and daily contributions. I appreciate focusing on the critical work we participate in and minimizing any company-specific requirements to maximum extent possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The MI culture and the AEVEX culture appear well aligned - I appreciate that some of the more unique MI requirements are understood at senior levels and hope this understanding is impressed upon middle AEVEX management who overseas MI.
