I know other people on the same contracts for other companies make more money

The leadership is team is mission focused and that culture is contagious and trickles down

My team is a very well oiled machine that accomplishes missions. We are also friends which helps

We work well as a real team. I can trust the folks to my left and right when I need them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can really only speak to my immediate leadership team. However, they always ensure we are aware if company happenings in a time-sensitive manner. They are also very reaponsive to emails and questions, which is nice
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work and an ops floors with multiple contracts. I know other people who do a lesser job get paid much more money. I believe our company is not as competitive when it comes to salary
