Its been a pleasant experience so far. My coworkers are enjoyable to be around and office politics are significantly less intense than what I've experienced in my last 15 years. We are treated as adults and are allowed to improve work methods to better support our customers.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've very much so enjoyed my experience so far. The people are great at what they do and fun to be around. My management team all the way up has been such a refreshing group of people I hope to get to know more about over time.

They're more family friendly than some other compensation packages for other positions.

They're knowledgeable and professional. They choose the high-road as a first choice.

The constant customer feedback for the effort I put in during my workday.

Personalities are worn on peoples' sleeves and everyone is treated fairly by ever-present leadership.

The compensation package is well-rounded and shows that multiple people put their heads together to formulate attractive compensation that will attract talent and ensure they stay on board.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are reachable and personable. When reaching up one, two, or three levels for important things, I'm treated with respect and things are taken care of in a timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive cultural aspect of the company is that every person, whether leadership or not, is happy to see everyone else strive for more and willing to work with them to help them achieve their goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The amount of and speed in which feedback for our performance is given by the customer. Several times after a mission, we would have our customers run directly to our desks and thank us for doing a great job. I've sincerely never had that before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I have interacted with at my operations site is professional, mission-minded, and also personable. From the time I got to the location, I was welcomed with open arms by great people that I can't wait to get back to see when I am away from the workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership at all levels is understanding, supportive, and accessible. Since joining and for the first time ever during my 15 years of employment, I have felt invested and empowered to succeed. The PMO team specifically deserves recognition for their skills in hiring the great team I work with
