Mission and the ability to positively affect the future of the program. The good team members and managers make it a good place
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I support AEVEX, I work 12 hrs per day. However, this is NOT every week, so the average is 7 or less. Work is fast-paced but redundant and not intellectually challenging. The mission and opportunity to provide input which is taken seriously is the best part of the project culture.
