The PMO team and leadership on the contract have been great. They are always helpful and quick to engage and respond. However, not one of my paychecks have been correct since I have started with this company and that is a big issue. The company seems to take care of its people, except for finance.

All are professionals and experts within their field. Most know how to act accordingly and are able to understand their role and cohesively work with others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people who have tough skin and can understand dark humor and relate to others on a level that is required for working in an austere environment such as we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
per diem and amount of work between different sites and lines within this contract as skewed it deters people from wanting to work at certain locations or for certain portions of the contract. There are more rules and restrictions placed on the best performers for things previous employees did.
