Everyone is mission driven to get the job done. We all help each other and it's a laid back atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we aren't set with what the market is paying. I don't necessarily feel undervalued. I believe the salary data we are using isn't conducive to the level of work we undertake. We are a small company but the work we do is that of a bigger company.
