Coolest and most down to earth bosses I've ever worked with. Free lunch everyday and if I ever need a break they're absolutely fine with it. Where I work at, doesn't feel corporate has infected it with it's horrible bureaucracy.

Interacting with my bosses and getting free lunch everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get my gym and cell reimbursements with ease. Pay overall is fantastic as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're not corporate trash and shield us as best as they can from corporate BS. They're very down to earth people and as long as they're my bosses, I'll never quit this company. But if they ever do, this team would crumple.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody knows what needs to be done, nobody is lazy and when things need to get done they get done. I'm just a normal peasant within the company hierarchy but when I ask for things that I need help with or support on nobody bats an eye because they know it needs to get done.
