The culture is relaxed yet hardworking and determined. Even if it gets busy, the atmosphere is still laid back even while working vigorously.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My responsibilities, quality of work, and quantity of work have increased dramatically throughout the growth of the company. My leadership, reliability, and loyalty have been valued by my peers and superiors. I feel that my impact, although acknowledged through words, is not reflected monetarily.
