The atmosphere. It's generally a positive place to be.

The employees at my workplace are pleasant and inclusive. I'm comfortable to be me.

I don't utilize all that is offered but the flexible work schedule is the best for me.

The people I work with. It's a good feeling to be among people that are positive.

I feel the most positive about the culture/environment is that there isn't micro-managing. It's never a good feeling to be managed that way. I feel more apt to take on new things and branch out when given 'freedom'.
