I enjoy working here and feel good about my position. I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by great workers and feel good about the work we are doing. I am grateful for the opportunities that I have had and those that are on the horizon.

I appreciate the work hard-play hard culture. As well, as the accountability and ownership that is given to each employee in their respective areas.

I feel empowered by what I am doing at work. I can visibly see the impact I am making and appreciate the work I am doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the transparency and empowerment provided by the Tactical Systems leadership team. Specifically our TS Engineering leadership team has worked to cultivate a team building and team working environment that feels like family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated and passionate about the work that they are doing. We meet deadlines, swiftly solve problems, and cultivate good working relationships. Even through expansions and mass hiring, we still feel like a close-knit team.
