My overall experience with AEVEX has been extremely positive. My only concern is we rarely have time to really improve processes (i.e. dive deep into the process, make recommended changes, train personnel, and access) and everything is a priority across both prgm mgmt, prod, and log
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I am very happy working at AEVEX. Operations tend to be more reactive than I would prefer, and I hope to get to a time where we are more deliberate in our daily tasks verse what feels like constantly putting out fires (i.e. high priority, no fail tasks)

I am blessed to have an outstanding team and enabling them to succeed is the most rewarding part of my job.

Our ability to quickly collaborate and work together to meet company objectives. Everyone seems to have a good sense of humor and works hard to support the team.

Seeing how completing daily tasks results in a successful shipment to our customer every production cycle. You can actually see the fruits of your labor each day.
