Overall been a positive experience.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy a lot of the work and people, but company should incorporate a training period for new employees. A 4-day workweek for onsite employees would be a good perk. Help build up current employees so they can advance in the future. It's a bad feeling knowing you won't be promoted.
