Overall experience is positive. I enjoy the mission, the people, the culture. Only slight adjustments to compensation, PTO and 401k match would be the only things I can come up with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation I believe is below defense industry leaders. If we want to compete w/ these companies, compensation and benefits need to be a little better.
