So far my experience at Aevex has been a great one. I really appreciate my manager, Hazel, as she has been an excellent mentor/wealth of knowledge, great at communicating expectations and all the trainings I had at onboarding.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really seems to value and respect diversity as well as workplace communication. As well as work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team communicates and maintains expectations consistently without micromanaging. Every member of management has also always made time in answering any questions I've had regarding work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having autonomy all while working with a mutually collaborative team, the pace at which we work at, opportunities for development, and fair compensation. The lunch room at the Solana beach office is great in that healthier snack alternatives are provided.
