The work is engaging and challenging. I do wish we received sick days on top of our paid time off but other then that it is a great place to work

I have Tricare so I don't utilize the insurance but it seems that I am compensated appropriately for my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervision is great and goals are clearly communicated. There is an awkward dynamic between the old management that are consultants/bosses and the management that is in place.
