
AEVEX is all thrust and no vector. There is a lot of passion here but no vision. Structure is ignored by leadership and process is viewed as a dirty word in some areas. There is potential at AEVEX but its not being cultivated, matured and directed.

The corporate culture is positive but feels disconnect at the Tampa business unit which I sit in. This business unit feels as if it's not a part of the larger company.
There is a lot of change occurring all at once and we are not paying enough attention to it. Leadership in not empowering people in their roles and unclear corporate strategy is driving division and confusion. I can't answer the question "what kind of company are we?"
