What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better decision making. Showing appreciation for constantly changed schedules and getting the job done even when our team isn't the cause of the problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued be cause I never see my manager and he didn't even know the job I was hired for. I feel I get no support from management in trying to move up in the company or just personal growth in my position. Annual raises would help.
